Preferred destinations: | The training program will take place in the lovely city of Brno, Czech Republic. The training program will be divided into presentations and workshops combined with one-to-one coaching sessions. With a total duration of 25 hours, the classes will take place from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. After completion, all participants will be awarded Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (STT) certificates. The training includes also a cultural component with the possibility to visit the Špilberk Castle, the 2nd Largest Ossuary in Europe, go on a walking city tour and experience a traditional Czech dinner. |
Additional informations: | The main purpose of the Erasmus+ STT training course is to provide you with useful tips and techniques, which can be used in your everyday life in interactions with others or even with yourself. The training course will focus on communication complexly - from the individual through the teams, groups and up to whole university or public. We will be focusing on differences between us, similarities and connections as well, verbal, but also non-verbal language, online communication, team effectiveness and many other topics. We will go step-by-step, ending up with the every part of the week clicking into each other. Participants will be actively involved in all the processes, interact and be constantly challenged in the learning process, working in a safe environment. Masaryk University offers financial support of 100,000 CZK (circa 4,100 EUR) to students enrolled in bachelor's and master's full-time programmes taught in languages other than Czech and coming from countries chosen according to the international marketing strategy of MU. The Newcomers‘ scholarship fund is designed to help students with outstanding academic performance cover their first year of studies at Masaryk University and help them transition to life in a different country. This scholarship will not cover your entire studies, just the first year. |
